Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your order but we do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item.
At MoA Design we offer a no quibble guarantee*. If your item from us fails to make the grade just contact us within 28 days and return the item to MoA Design, The Barn, 4 Higher Town Court, Rensey Lane, Lapford, Devon, Ex17 6FD and we will exchange it or give you a full refund.
Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition (including original packaging) and remained in a re-sellable condition.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them. Goods should be returned to us within 10 days from date of notifying us.
Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the Proof of Posting receipt as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that fail to reach us.
Made to order/Bespoke and bulk orders can not be returned unless damaged in transit or faulty. If damaged or faulty a replacement will be arranged.
Please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers and the cost for this will be deducted from your refund – simply call us on 077252 68689 and we will be able to advise you.
Damage or Faulty
In this case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order on 07725268689 or by email at email@example.com. We do however pride ourselves on our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider cases on a case by case basis, subject to the situation, after this period.
